Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting. This role involves working with Omron and other PLC brands, where troubleshooting but not programming is required. Duties include addressing electrical issues with 3 phase motors, switches, sensors, servo drives, and VFDs , as well as mechanical troubleshooting involving hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, motors, belts, and roller conveyors .

Responsibilities

Perform electrical troubleshooting on 3 phase motors, switches, sensors, servo drives, and VFDs.

Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, motors, belts, and roller conveyors.

Troubleshoot PLCs, focusing on brands like Omron.

Execute monthly preventative maintenance, involving a complete shutdown of the production line.

Respond to daily calls and complete work orders efficiently.

Communicate effectively with production staff and engineering team for timely repair completion.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.

Experience in mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.

Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
