Position Summary...

This position is responsible for the execution and iteration of a Labor Generation department within the WFM team. Expected to design and maintain labor placement to drive a broader workforce strategy to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

What You'll Do:

Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments

Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies

Find creative solutions to customer and operational issues

Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

What You'll Bring:

Strong background in labor management, task management, scheduling, and budgeting

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques

Experience in retail or supply chain environments

Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and responsibility

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related field. Option 2: 5 years' experience in

software engineering or related field. Option 3: Master's degree in Computer Science and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related

field.

2 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.
