JOB REQUIREMENTS: Horseshoe Bay Golf Club 2006 LLC dba Horseshoe Bay Golf Club is looking to fill 4 positions for Bartender in Egg Harbor, WI. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position for employment from April 15, 2026-December 31, 2026. Duties include: Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers. Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area. Attends to the detail and presentation of each order. Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes. Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items. Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries. Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor. Ensures smooth operation of bar services during absence of supervisor. Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed. Assists with orienting new employees to their work area. Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints. Instructs personnel in use of new equipment and cleaning methods and provides efficient and effective methods of maintaining work area. Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity. There are no minimum requirements for the position. On the job training will be provided by the employer. Terms & Conditions of Employment: \$12.64/hr, at least 35 hrs/week. Sunday through Saturday, 11:00 am 7:00 pm. Daily schedule may vary. Overtime pay is \$18.96/hr. End of season bonus available up to \$300 based on hours worked during the season. Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Daily transportation to the place of employment will be provided. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide pay for the worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except there the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day without receipts, or \$68/day with documentation of actual expenses. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment. Tools, equipment and supplies: The Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due: The pay period is every two weeks; The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any reductions which are not required by law; The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. Workers will be provided with housing at a rate of \$58 per week, the applicable amount will be deducted from the worker\'s paycheck. Employer-provided housing is optional.
