Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks are seeking eager individuals to join the team as a Banking consultant.

Duties

This opportunity is robust with career growth and developmental opportunities. As the face of this client in their Lahaina Branch, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

Top Skills Details

Associate's degree in a business-related field, equivalent work experience; or

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years' experience in a sales and service environment required.

2 years of experience in cash handling required.

2 years of experience in customer service, referrals and sales required.

Retail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry preferred.

Extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services, and ability to comprehend and grasp finance and credit concepts preferred.

Must project a welcoming presence when interacting with customers.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Must be digitally savvy, confident and well-versed on the use of digital banking technology to fulfill routine day-to-day needs.

Detail oriented with excellent follow-through.

Agile and resourceful as it relates to working in a fast-paced changing environment.

Upbeat and positive, growth mindset, and quick learner.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.

Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Banking experience preferred but not required;

Work Environment

On site on both Maui and Kauai

Small family oriented; Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday's 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)

Compliance Requirements

Drug Test and Background Check required + Credit check

This is a Permanent position based out of Kihei, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $53000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Kihei,HI.
