As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will be at the heart of our mission - transforming innovative designs into life-changing diabetes technology that reaches patients across the globe.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Shift C: Week 1 Saturday, Sunday, Thursday & Friday (6pm - 6am)

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (6pm - 6am)

Shift D: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (6pm - 6am)

Week 2: Saturday, Sunday, Thursday & Friday (6pm - 6am)

Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area.

Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems.

Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.

Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.

Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.

Performs manufacturing equipment preventive maintenance and completes required documentation as per standard operating procedures.

Maintains process and equipment while conforming to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).

Nice to Have:

Associate degree in technical education.

Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical or electronic industry

Knowledgeable & experience in mechanical, electrical/electronic design.

Knowledge in programmable logic controls (PLC) - Allen Bradley,

Knowledge in Vision System Cognex.

Knowledge in Plastics Ultrasonic Welding
