Position Summary

Assists customers through various communication channels by managing and resolving service requests. Follows up with customers and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Provides responsive communication to meet customer needs by delivering performance reports to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Assists customers with inquiries and resolves issues to improve service quality through process improvements and quality assurance initiatives.

Handles and resolves customer service requests across multiple communication channels.

Maintains calendars and follows up with customers and internal teams to ensure service levels align with customer expectations.

Identifies potential service issues and implements corrective actions to prevent disruptions in service quality.

Tracks the progress of ongoing projects and work orders to ensure timely completion.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

2+ years of customer service or related experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Pay Rate: $18.14 - $20.81 per hour, based on experience
