Customer Service Specialist

TEKsystems is actively hiring for customer service representatives in Swedesboro, NJ. This position will be in a call center, hybrid environment, supporting pharmacy prescription orders. Applicants with strong communication and administration skills are encouraged to apply. Primary schedule for this role will be on an evening shift, 11am-8pm.

Description

Provide strong communication and empathy to customers

Efficiently navigate systems to provide service in a timely fashion

Ability to critically think and react to different customer situations

Ability to interact with team members across different departments

Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Data entry and administration skills

Must be willing to get a NJ pharmacy technician license during the training period

Prior call center experience preferred

Additional details

Monday-Friday

Hybrid schedule- 3 days remote, 2 days onsite

6 week on-site training required

After training, main schedule is 11:30am-8pm

1 Saturday/month once the training period is complete

Contract to hire opportunity

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
