Job Title: Entry Level Construction Materials Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a entry-level CMT Technician in the New Orleans area. The successful candidate will learn to monitor piles, log piles, monitor vibrations, classify soils, and collect materials for testing. This role involves following technicians and engineers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and the CMT industry.

Responsibilities

Monitor and log piles during construction projects.

Monitor vibrations to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Classify soils and collect samples for testing purposes.

Document inspection processes accurately.

Collaborate with team members and follow guidance from technicians and engineers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Orleans, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
