Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for sorting incoming products and placing them in designated locations. You will maintain accurate inventory records and document all incoming products. Your role is crucial in providing cost-effective services to our customers while guiding and assisting co-workers.

Responsibilities

Receive and verify the correct quantity of incoming electronic products.

Document the correct quantities and lot codes of products received.

De-box incoming products and stage them for material handlers.

Ensure customer contract requirements are met as per the Statement of Work.

Report any performance variations to management upon discovery.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Use company systems and equipment to ensure production process accuracy.

Meet daily and monthly quotas based on current metrics standards.

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight effectively where applicable.

Occasionally operate an electric pallet jack.

Essential Skills

Material handling

Packing

General labor

Inventory management

1 year of previous warehouse or manufacturing experience

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Basic math skills for production counts

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in a similar industry is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
