Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Commerce City, CO

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Work Model: 100% On-Site

Job Summary

Coordinates warehouse operations under supervision by working closely with operations management. Supports multiple areas such as inbound, outbound, and kitting to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience

Inventory management experience

Forklift experience

PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

Report safety hazards, incidents, or injuries immediately

Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and regulations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment

Maintain a safe work environment and promote safety awareness

Participate in and support HSE training

Quality

Follow standard work instructions and quality procedures

Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods

Identify discrepancies between goods and invoices

Report and control non-conforming materials

Operations / Delivery

Receive, sort, label, and store incoming goods

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately based on requirements

Operate warehouse equipment and support material handling

Maintain productivity standards and meet cycle time expectations

Optimize storage and warehouse space utilization

Teamwork

Communicate effectively with team members and support staff

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Support training and continuous improvement initiatives

Identify equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed

Remain flexible and support additional warehouse tasks as required
