Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling various tasks from receiving to stocking and organizing items.

Responsibilities

Perform shipping and receiving duties.

Stock shelves and sort packages.

Organize items efficiently.

Scan, label, and mark inventory.

Utilize RF scanners for accurate tracking.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in general labor and warehouse operations.

Experience in shipping, stocking, and manual pallet jack operation.

Ability to pick and pack orders efficiently.

Competence in using RF scanners and handling inventory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

0-6 months of related warehouse experience preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts are actively used. The warehouse is heated in winter and equipped with fans and water coolers during the hot summer months. Contractors should wear light, breathable layers and appropriate footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. The use of cellphones or electronics is prohibited within the warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
