Job Description

Study Management is a core function within Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO), leading clinical operations and trial execution to ensure the successful implementation of clinical trials. This group is dedicated to high-quality, timely, and cost-effective clinical studies, achieved through strategic planning, operational excellence, continuous learning, and strong collaboration. Central to our mission is a commitment to patient safety and engagement, ensuring that all aspects of the trials are conducted with the utmost consideration for participants.

How You Will Contribute:

Duties will include the following, under the manager's supervision

Assist with daily operational tasks within the Study Management group

Collaborate with various teams involved in clinical study management to align efforts effectively.

Participate in cross-functional projects that support the overarching goals of the clinical team.

Help with the planning, execution, and tracking of project objectives.

Track and report on business objectives, contributing insights that may improve efficiency and optimization

Job Requirements:

This position will be Hybrid and require 2-3 days in the Cambridge office per week.

Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD, MD student with completion of a minimum of one year of university studies.

Internship Eligibility ?

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship?

Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later?

The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (May 26th-August 14th or June 15th- August 21st) ?

The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames??

Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates??

Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program?

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

$21.00 - $46.00

The estimated hourly range reflects?an anticipated?range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate's school year/level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be?in accordance with?state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. internship benefits vary by location and may include:

Paid sick time

Commuter Benefit: To offset your work-commute expenses, Takeda provides U.S. employees with a fixed monthly subsidy to be used for either public transportation (transit) or parking.
