Education And CredentialsCompletion of masters, post-masters or doctorate NP program accredited by CCNE or ACEN;Current active RN and NP license in NYS. National NP certification (Family/Adult) Internal hire: Required upon transfer into new position. *External hire: Required at the time of application. Current BLS, ACLS. DEA or DEA eligible. Completed RNFA if in OR. Agreement from appropriate physician to enter into a collaborative agreement.
