We're looking for anAdministrative Coordinator 1/2/3 to serve as the first point of contact at the agency in ourChild Support Enforcement Office inMadison Parish, creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors and providing administrative support that keeps our front office running smoothly.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Provides clerical support to the Child Support Enforcement parish office.
Assist with administrative and receptionist duties when needed or as assigned.
Compile and complete monthly, quarterly, semi- annual and annual reports.
Performs duties related to purchasing and record keeping of expenditures.
Perform departmental program duties in accordance with rules, regulations, and policies.
Organize and maintain files in accordance with established procedure and records retention policy.
May serve as timekeeper
Position-Specific Details:
Location: This vacancy is located in the Madison Parish Child Support Enforcement Office in Tallulah, LA.
Career Progression: This position participates in a Career Progression Group (CPG) and may be filled as an Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, or 3. The level at which the vacancy is filled will be determined by the qualifications of the candidate selected. This position provides the opportunity to advance within this job series.
Compensation: The actual starting salary depends on the education and experience of the selected applicant.
Appointment Type: This position may be filled as a probational appointment or a job appointment that may last up to 48 months. Job appointments may convert to probational appointments. Also, it may be filled as a detail and promoted within 12 months or by promotion of a permanent classified employee.
