Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Administrative Assistant:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally

Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Review and read dock receipts for accuracy

Organize shipments by customer and maintain proper documentation

Collect and process invoices

Prepare SEDs (Shipper's Export Declarations)

Type Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping manifests

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Strong customer service and communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Proficiency in basic computer systems and data entry

Dependable and reliable

Strong work ethic and dedication

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to get Twic Card
