The US Marketing Lead will report to the Head of Product Marketing, Urology and will be responsible for development and execution of our U.S. Commercial Marketing strategy in for the Monarch Urology Platform. The Monarch Urology Platform will create a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted urology platform designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access to the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
This critical leadership role will ensure marketing initiatives directly support the go-to-market strategy, launch objectives, sales growth, and customer adoption. Success requires strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with field-based and internal teams to strengthen the Monarch Urology value proposition and accelerate growth. This role requires a forward-thinking, strategic leader who challenges the status quo in the dynamic and disruptive field of medical robotics.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute integrated downstream marketing plans that align to US businessobjectives, revenue targets, and brand strategy.
Own the tactical marketing calendar and drivetimelydelivery of initiatives across key moments (product and programlaunches, congresses, campaigns,etc).
Translate customer insights into clear positioning, messaging frameworks, and proof-point narratives that resonate with targetcustomersegments.
Partner with Sales Leadership andEducationteamto build practical selling tools that improve conversion and sales effectiveness.
Support training content and field communications (e.g., playbooks, talk tracks, competitive positioning, account targeting).
Gather feedbackfrom field-based teamsand incorporate learnings into iterative improvements of materials and tactics.
Apply customer research, segmentation, and analytics tooptimizetargeting, channel mix, and resource allocation.
Monitor market dynamics (competitive activity, customer needs, barriers to adoption) and recommend tactical adjustments.
Own performance tracking for downstream initiatives using KPIs and dashboards; communicate results and insights regularlyto Sr. Leadership Team.
Partner with Medical/Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, and Quality to ensure promotional claims areaccurate, compliant, and appropriately substantiated.
Manage downstream marketing budget, forecast, and spend;optimizeROI across tactics and programs.
Lead agency/vendor relationships (creative, digital, media, PR, events) and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
Qualifications:
BS degreein relevant fieldrequired, MBA or advanced degree preferred
A minimum of 8 years of relevantMedTechbusiness experience (Sales and Marketing)with 3-5years of progressive marketingexperience
Demonstrated ability navigatingcomplexity and ambiguitywhileachievingbusiness impact across the organization
Demonstrated success driving commercialization efforts that resulted in measurable revenue growth andcustomeradoption
Experiencedrivingacapitalsellingprocessand/ornew procedure developmentispreferred
Experience leadingor supportingnewproduct launches with strong field executionpreferred
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Other:
This position requiresup to40% traveldomestically in the United Statessupporting customer events, meetings, and congresses.
Theanticipatedbase pay range for this role is $142,000 to $244,950
