Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20.00 - $20.00 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Accounting Assistant:

Assist with processing invoices, payments, and expense reports

Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets

Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Prepare basic financial reports and summaries

Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking

Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing issues

File and organize financial documents for audits and compliance

Provide administrative support to the accounting department

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Please List Specific Job Qualifications. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
