Technical Project Manager - Application Operations & DevOps

CTG is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead application operations and DevOps initiatives. This role oversees middleware builds, security framework implementation, monitoring, and the transition from build to run phases. You'll drive incident, problem, and change management, implement automation for productivity improvements, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Duration: 9 months

Key Skills:

Project & change management, risk control, reporting

Stakeholder coordination and communication

Operational execution and process compliance

Problem solving and escalation

Basic customer support and administrative tasks

Experience & Education:

Proven technical project management in DevOps or application operations

Hands-on with middleware, monitoring tools, and security frameworks

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Relevant certifications in Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP) or DevOps are a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
