Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Smyrna, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate customer sales from order initiation through product delivery, ensuring smooth processes and timely execution.

Accurately input technical data and maintain customer documentation within databases.

Communicate effectively with sales staff and customers to gather required documentation for order completion.

Collaborate with field service employees to develop strategies for resolving long-term customer service issues.

Prepare routine management and quality reports, as well as special reports as directed by supervisors.

Identify departmental challenges, recommend solutions, and implement changes to improve efficiency.

Maintain individual productivity and performance standards while meeting deadlines.

Attend work, meetings, and other obligations punctually and consistently.

Suggest innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental services.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives. Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years of detail-oriented experience in customer service, preferably in the building materials or furniture industry.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data entry and documentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a target-driven approach.

Excellent organizational skills and autonomy in managing meetings and business schedules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.

Demonstrated teamwork, self-motivation, and ethical behavior.

Effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
