Packer - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift (Entry Level)

Now Hiring Multiple Packers

We're hiring reliable, detail-oriented Packers to support production operations. Entry-level candidates are welcome - training provided.

Job Duties

Pack finished products according to quality standards

Prepare cartons and trays for packaging

Inspect product and remove defective items

Stack, label, and organize finished goods

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Meet production line speed requirements

Assist with cleaning, changeovers, and basic setup

Requirements

Reliable attendance - must show up every shift

Able to lift 50 lbs

Comfortable working around raw ingredients

Comfortable with strong food odors, dust, heat, and humidity

Willing to get dirty (flour/ingredients)

Basic math and ability to read instructions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
