Our Area Administrative Assistants provide administrative support to the Branch General Manager, as well as Sales Management. As an integral part of our team, you will be ensuring seamless departmental operations and effective communication, while managing confidential materials and making independent decisions. Your contributions are critical to the success of our branch and directly impact our organization, which is why your confidence, meticulous organization, and take-charge attitude is paramount to our success.

As an Area Administrative Assistant, you will:

Create, proofread, and edit a range of documents, including reports, articles, and proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracy

Organize and manage branch leadership activities, including meetings, presentations, and events

Handle communications by receiving, screening, and routing incoming calls and correspondence, while also maintaining a calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings

Manage the department's record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with company policies and evaluating information release requests

Monitor and manage office and departmental supplies, initiating purchase orders as necessary, and focusing on optimizing branch operating costs

Onboard new employees

Coordinating Special Initiatives and community events

Exercise independent judgment, multitask, and maintain a keen attention to detail

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

High School degree or state-recognized GED

2+ years of experience in administrative support.

Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's Degree

Experience supporting a sales team

Knowledge and Experience using SAP

Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred

Experience in Fleet Management
