Kelly is partnering with a Johnson & Johnson client in Wilson, NC to hire a Project Support Administrative Assistant Role in Wilson, NC.

Position Overview

We are seeking an early-career Administrative Assistant to provide essential support across all functions within a large industrial project. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities are key, as you will interact with cross-functional team members, prioritize requests, and maintain clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence

Coordinate and assist with project-related tasks through the PMO office, ensuring timely completion

Communicate with the PMO Lead to manage priorities and deadlines across multiple requests

Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring accessibility for all team members

Assist with planning meetings and events, including notetaking and tracking action items

Support interview scheduling and coordination in partnership with the local recruitment team

Communicate with candidates by sending interview details, confirming appointments, and providing necessary information

Perform additional administrative duties to support smooth project operations

Qualifications

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and follow direction with minimal supervision

Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic project environment

Work Details

Location: Wilson, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
