Home Health Account Executive

As a Home Health Sales Executive , you will:

Call on VA accounts in select NC markets.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.

Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities.

Report to a Market Executive of Sales

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Experience/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years home health care or related industry sales experience generally required.

Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills and the ability to appropriately represent the CenterWell's service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience is required.

Previous experience working with the VA is preferred.

Previous experience working with authorization nurses is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required. Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Travel to assigned accounts and to sales meetings as required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$58,700 - $78,500 per year

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
