Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a short-term contract basis in South Portland, Maine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment and enjoys performing repetitive administrative tasks. As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate data entry and document management.

Responsibilities:

Navigate employee records within the company system to locate certifications and transcripts.

Download and rename files according to specified guidelines.

Save documents to shared folders on OneDrive for team access.

Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.

Communicate effectively with team members to clarify processes and address any issues.

Ensure all files are properly stored and accessible for future use.

Adhere to company protocols for document management and data entry. Requirements

Proven experience in administrative assistance or data entry roles.

Familiarity with document management systems, including OneDrive.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks with precision.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication abilities to collaborate with team members.

Proficiency in handling PDF files and digital documentation.
