Job Title: Production Associate (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working overnight or evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Assemble, inspect, and package finished products according to specifications

Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met

Follow written and verbal work instructions, including measurements and production guidelines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors

Handle raw materials and finished goods as needed

Meet or exceed daily production goals

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and measurement skills

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in rubber or plastics manufacturing

Familiarity with hand tools and production equipment

Forklift experience is a plus

Work Environment:

Industrial manufacturing setting

Exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery

Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Schedule:

2nd Shift: Typically afternoon/evening hours

3rd Shift: Overnight hours
