As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, staying visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will complete routine rounds, support access control and badge checks, and communicate clearly with onsite teams and visitors while documenting observations. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting events, and coordinating with site leadership and/or local authorities as directed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access control points and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and gate controls, and complete visitor and/or contractor check-in according to site requirements.

Prepare clear written reports and maintain logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, escalating concerns through the chain of command.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
