will be too. Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking a Senior Manager
of Systems Integration & Support to join our Technology department! The
Senior Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and
oversight of the Systems Integration Engineer, and Architect team,
ensuring that all endpoint systems are designed, delivered, and operated
to meet enterprise standards for performance, efficiency, and security.
Position is responsible for the development and ongoing management of
comprehensive, enterprise-wide quality assurance and testing processes
for systems. Position is also responsible for the planning, direction
and implementation of proactive operational monitoring to ensure the
reliability and sustained performance of endpoint systems.
Responsibilities Manage the Systems Integration Engineering and
Architecture technology team, including responsibility for professional
development & mentoring, performance reviews, performance management,
compensation, etc. Collaborate closely with Regional Technology Managers
and other key stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of
reliable, secure, and high-performing endpoint systems on both Apple OS
and Microsoft Windows technologies. Core responsibilities Service
Excellence: Ensure that all endpoint systems are engineered and
supported to deliver a high-quality, consistent user experience, while
proactively accounting for all possible operational scenarios.
Management of Endpoint Systems: Oversee the deployment, configuration,
and maintenance of endpoint systems, ensuring they are secure and
efficient. Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security
standards and regulations, implementing measures to protect endpoint
systems. Quality Assurance & Testing: Lead the development and execution
of dedicated quality assurance and application testing programs that can
identify and resolve potential system issues before new technologies are
