Key Responsibilities

· Manage internal project delivery as defined in the Impact section.

· Lead projects of medium to moderate complexity within local or sub-regional boundaries.

· Handle medium to high project risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation.

· Ensure on-time, within-scope, and quality-focused project execution.

· Manage full project financials, including monitoring business impact and value delivery.

· Ensure performance meets or exceeds the approved project budget.

· Provide accurate, timely, and reliable financial forecasts to management.

· Maintain financial discipline throughout all project phases.

· Develop and manage effective relationships with mid- to upper-level stakeholders.

· Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions clearly and consistently.

· Align stakeholders to project objectives and secure buy-in for key milestones.

· Lead a blended team of internal and external resources, typically up to 20 members.

· Identify and support the skill development needs of project team members.

· Provide performance review input and development recommendations for team members involved in the project.

· Foster a collaborative and high-performance project environment.

Required Skills:

· Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of Services' operational policies, processes, and project management methodologies.

· Speaks with expertise across multiple layers of project management methods and practices.

· Actively participates in the Services Project Management Profession community.

· Currently on the path toward PMP certification (or equivalent).

· Strong analytical and risk-management abilities.

· Excellent communication skills for engaging mid- to senior-level stakeholders.

· Effective leadership skills for guiding internal and external project teams.

· Solid financial management and forecasting capability.

Pay: $28.53 - 37.35/hr.

Shift: Hybrid Role // 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon- Fri // Spring, TX

Pay Details: $28.53 to $37.35 per hour
