We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lorain, Ohio. This is a long term Contract position within the non-profit industry, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting our operations. Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.

Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all customer requests are fulfilled.

Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide clear and concise information about products and services to customers.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.

Manage both inbound and outbound calls as needed, ensuring timely communication.

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.

Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Proficiency in order entry and managing customer transactions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with non-profit industry operations is a plus.
