Job Title: Assembler Entry Level

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will utilize hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies used in diverse fields. You will perform quality checks on your work and use computers to access step-by-step assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.

Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.

Conduct quality checks on completed work before proceeding to subsequent steps.

Access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions using computer programs.

Essential Skills

Basic proficiency in computer operation for accessing multiple programs simultaneously.

Experience in production and assembly processes.

Ability to use hand tools and perform soldering tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1 year of assembly experience is preferred.

1-2 years of soldering experience may lead to higher starting pay.

Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.

Experience in customer service roles can be advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
