Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent

Start Date: March 30, 2026 (ASAP)

Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Environment: On-site (In-Office)

Role Overview

As an Outbound Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking tax relief solutions. You'll engage prospects, qualify interest, and transfer warm leads to senior sales representatives - earning bonuses for every successful transfer.

Job Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls using a dialer system to connect with potential clients

Engage prospects, gather qualifying information, and set up tax relief consultations

Track call activity and follow established performance and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)

Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward performance goals

Previous call center, inside sales, or dialer experience preferred

Tax industry exposure is a plus but not required

This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
