Job Title: Entry-Level Quality Inspector - Will Train Sharp Candidates

Weekly Pay $19.00-20.00/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Quality Inspector to join our quality team. In this role, you will inspect incoming products, take accurate measurements, and record data to ensure quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in quality inspection or manufacturing, with training provided.

What You'll Do

Measure incoming products using basic measuring tools such as rulers and calipers

Enter measurement and inspection data into the computer accurately

Compare measurements to established quality standards

Use a scan gun throughout your shift

Follow documentation control and quality inspection procedures

Perform repetitive inspection tasks while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn data entry systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to use or learn measuring tools (rulers, calipers, micrometers)

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures

Previous quality or inspection experience is helpful but not required .

Work Environment & Schedule

Small, supportive quality team (3-5 other team members)

Your own workstation with two computer monitors

Dedicated space for measuring products

Work area located off the shipping department

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
