Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$40.00 per hour
Shift: 3rd shift schedule: 2-2-3, 6:45 pm - 7:00 am
Initial training on 1st shift before transitioning to normal schedule (up to 1 month).
Contract to hire.
Position requires onsite interview with Assessments.
Industrial experience needed along with Allen-Bradley PLC experience.

What's a typical day as an Industrial Electrician? You'll be:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, components, and industrial electronic equipment.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues in machinery, motor control circuits, drives (AC, DC, Servo), and burner systems.
Reading and interpreting schematics, P&ID drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure proper system operation and compliance.
Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on motors, panels, and all plant electrical/electronic systems.
Serving as the primary lead for root cause analysis, electrical projects, and automation initiatives.
Completing and maintaining accurate plant electrical records and managing program versions for PLCs, PanelView's, and drives.
Liaising with maintenance and production teams to resolve downtime and help train other personnel on electrical skills.
Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment in compliance with all safety and environmental policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Possess a High School Diploma or GED; PLC training and 7+ years' experience in industrial electrical maintenance required.
Have hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, electrical/electronic troubleshooting, and reading electrical schematics.
Demonstrate knowledge of local industrial electrical codes, fusing, wiring, motor controls, and AC/DC drives.
Are skilled with industrial equipment such as man lifts, forklifts, and electrical testing tools.
Can stand, climb, bend, and perform repetitive movements for 10-12-hour shifts with the ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. frequently.
Have strong attention to detail, work well independently or as a team, and can communicate effectively in English.
Are willing to work the 2-2-3-night shift schedule after completing initial 1st shift training (provided).
Can operate a computer and are familiar with basic MS Office and software for records and reports.
