Responsibilities Performs a variety of developmental assignments in support of the overall work of the organization classified at less than the full performance level for recruitment and training purposes. Receives tailored instruction, guidance, training, and closer supervision designed to equip incumbent with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful performance in the intermediate or full performance level position. Receives informal and on-the-job training intended to enhance individual technical competencies.
