Overview
About this Position:
The Account Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day management for our client the Lexus Dealer Association (LDA) activities in assigned markets. They have a strong account management experience and will build and maintain strong rapport and professional relationships with Lexus area management staff, Lexus dealers, and internal teams / stakeholders across Team One office. They develop plans driven by LDA goals and objectives and maintain the highest level of integrity in all areas of responsibility. This position requires approximately 25% travel.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day activities for assigned LDA markets
Building and maintain strong rapport and working relationships with LDA clients
Train, mentor, and support junior team members
Help position Team One as an indispensable marketing partner to both Lexus dealers and the Lexus Area office
Maintain a strong understanding of campaign strategy and creative to ensure consistency and integrity across all initiatives
Build working knowledge of media, digital, and experiential to effectively collaborate across teams
Track each market's budget and cash flow
Prepare and lead quarterly LDA meetings
Develop and deliver enthusiastic, pertinent and persuasive presentations with strong POVs and strategic thinking for in-market meetings and individual dealer visits
Connect the dots across the agency to deliver the resources and capabilities needed for LDA initiatives
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's degree
4 - 5 years of account management experience is required; regional marketing experience is a plus
Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Compensation Range: $73,910.00 - $101,200.00 anual. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
