Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lansing, Michigan. This contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to work in the communications industry, where you'll engage with customers, survey data intake, and ensure positive experiences. Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.

Manage outbound calls, maintaining an attentive and courteous demeanor.

Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve processes.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Self-schedule for available shifts, ensuring a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.

Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs with flexibility and attention to detail.

Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.

Proficiency in order entry and call handling systems.

Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including weekends if needed.

Comfortable managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
