Landscape Construction Crew Members to join our close-knit, hardworking,
dedicated team. You would be hands-on at high-end properties building a
variety of outdoor projects, from kitchens to pathways! We offer

Responsibilities: Work closely with Foreman and crew in the installation
of landscape construction projects. Operate a variety of hand and power
tools, including drills, saws, skid loaders, and other tools required
for hardscape both safely and efficiently. Maintain a safe and clean
work environment by handling and storing materials properly, picking up
and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the
job site on a daily basis. Ability to work effectively with individuals
of different backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels Always represent
Outerland?s best interest, and maintain the highest standards of
integrity and professionalism. Job Requirements: Previous experience in
construction preferred (will train the right candidate) Valid Driver\'s
License w/acceptable driving record Ability to lift 50lbs+ Ability to
work 8-10 hour shifts and Saturdays if needed (overtime available)
Ability to operate equipment safely Enthusiasm and Pride in Work; to
create spectacular spaces Adaptability and Flexibility; to work and
communicate with different crews and customers, in varying locations
during inclement weather Dependability and Reliability; showing up on
time to support your team, and maintaining a dedication to providing the
best services possible to our clientele Must be able to reliably commute
to Mashpee
