As a Security Officer - Industrial Park Patrol in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a high-end retail mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support store teams and guests with courteous assistance, clear communication, and prompt reporting of concerns. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or local authorities as directed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, fitting rooms, back-of-house areas, receiving corridors and perimeter areas to help to deter theft and/or other policy violations.

Monitor entry and exit points, assist with traffic flow, and verify access for employees, contractors and/or vendors according to site procedures.

Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to on-site teams, and support loss prevention initiatives in accordance with post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
