Role Overview

The Material Shipper ensures inventory accuracy and on-time delivery by managing the flow of goods from kitting to shipment.

Location: Largo, FL 33773

Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 1st Shift: 7:30 am to 4 pm

Pay rate: 21$ per hour

Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (temp to hire)

Key Qualifications

ERP Data Entry: Managing inventory transactions in QAD, Factivity, or Eagle.

Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating truck pickups and resolving delivery delays.

Documentation: Reconciling shipping/receiving paperwork (BOLs, packing slips).

Warehouse Operations: Loading/unloading trucks and moving stock with heavy equipment.

Inventory Control: Performing cycle counts and audits to maintain stock integrity.
