A day in the life:

We are looking for professionals to perform an array of basic labor functions within a warehouse environment. We have multiple shifts available as well as both full time and part time opportunities.

What you'll do as an Exceptional Team Member

Responsible for supporting and maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Pallet management and disposal

Tote cleaning

Cardboard box disposal and management

Basic maintenance and operation of various technical equipment as directed

Additional duties as directed

Operate forklifts safely to move materials, pallets, and equipment throughout the facility

Perform general warehouse duties including pallet movement, shelving assembly, and material handling

Lift and move items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Support warehouse cleanliness by sweeping floors and maintaining assigned areas

Operate large floor sweeping equipment and assist with basic floor maintenance

Collect, transport, and manage waste and recycling throughout the plant

Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations

What you'll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member

Ability to effectively communicate in English

Must be willing to work assigned hours

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Warehouse environment

Prior forklift experience preferred (not required)

Forklift training and certification provided

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to follow safety protocols and site procedures
