Position : Lead Test Center Administrator - Full Time - Benefits

Test Site: Macon, GA

About the Role: As a PSI Lead Test Center Administrator (Lead TCA), your role encompasses both administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of an individual test center.

Role Responsibilities:

Facility Oversight and Reporting

Liaison with Regional Site Supervisor

Support for Other Test Center Administrators (TCAs) - Test Administration and Supervision -Staff Scheduling and Coordination -Customer Service and Candidate Assistance -Compliance and Reporting -Additional Projects/Assignments as Requested

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.

Experience in a customer-facing role desirable.

Experience in testing environment or invigilation/proctoring desirable.

Skills in Microsoft Office software are desirable.

Ability to walk/stand for 40% of shift time.

Security clearance is required to carry out this role.
