Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for collecting, reconciling, inputting and interpreting data to ensure accurate reporting of finished good and semi-finished good production and consumption of materials used. This person generates reports which provide information as to the performance of the plant, specifically the Liquid Operations, against standard Key Performance Indicators.
This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times, as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value. Ensures that all policies, procedures, and activities related to Food Safety & Quality are followed, and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reconcile daily liquid inventories
Confirm production for liquid processes
Generate various daily, weekly and monthly reports based on collected/ interpreted data related to material shrink, line performance (Overall Equipment Efficiency), resource downtime and loss events
Reconcile cycle count inventory adjustments for ingredients and
Participate on SRMP
Expected to adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP and HACCP guidelines. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
Performs other duties as assigned
Provide administrative assistance to other departments as
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and emails. Ability to write simple Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, fractions, ratios. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Ability to be very detailed oriented
Math skills
Customer service capabilities
Basic computer skills with ability to input data into the SAP system
Light typing skills
Ability to work indoors in normal office setting for duration of
Ability to answer phones and receive pertinent information
