How you'll make an impact in this role

Coordinate multi-disciplinary care by serving as the primary advocate for your patients, ensuring every specialist and team member is aligned for seamless treatment.

Execute life-saving interventions by accurately carrying out physician orders and monitoring patient conditions to respond rapidly to changing clinical needs.

Direct the patient journey by implementing tailored care plans and maintaining precise documentation that ensures high-quality, continuous care.

Facilitate safe transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs with the healthcare team, ensuring patients are prepared for the next stage of their recovery.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
