UKG is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Vice President, Finance Digital Enablement to lead the vision, strategy and execution of end-to-end systems and operational efficiency for the Chief Accounting Officer organization. This includes technology and financial reporting programs that align with the organization's transformational goals and in AI automation. This role will lead complex cross-functional initiatives across critical platforms including ERP, Revenue, CPQ and other core financial systems to elevate UKG's capabilities to deliver new pricing and products, operational transformation and efficiencies, effective data quality management processes, technology governance, and systems integration needs. The position combines program and change management responsibilities, and deep expertise in optimizing finance operations.
Responsibilities:
Program and Project Management
Resource and Stakeholder Management: Allocate resources effectively, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure robust communication across program lifecycles.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish successful metrics, develop KPIs, and provide regular status updates to executive teams.
Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with front, middle, back office, and technology teams to align initiatives with business strategies, ensuring that program goals are achieved with a heavy focus on Data Quality and Process maturity.
Audit and Compliance Readiness: Collaborate with internal audit to ensure alignment with data controls and regulatory requirements, preparing the organization for successful audits.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year finance technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and anticipates future business needs.
Systems Architecture & Integration: Oversee the architecture, implementation, integration, and optimization of all accounting technology platforms, ensuring data flows efficiently and accurately.
Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and drive significant process efficiencies and automation opportunities within the finance function
AI, Agentic Automation, and Data Strategy: Increase the adoption of AI and machine learning to transform core accounting and operational processes.
Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of systems analysts, process engineers, and project managers.
Governance & Compliance: Establish robust governance frameworks, data integrity protocols, and controls (SOX compliance, data security).
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience leading and transforming global Finance Technology organizations, with a proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of core financial systems.
Technical expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) platforms, specifically Salesforce and associated billing systems and Procure to Pay platforms.
Process transformation leader with a "technology-first" approach to re-engineering complex processes, resulting in quantifiable improvements in operating cycles and data accuracy.
Expertise in emerging technology integration, including the evaluation and deployment of RPA, ML and agentic AI
Executive leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical strategies to executive leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems required; an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.

15+ years of progressive experience leading and transforming global Finance Technology organizations, with a proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of core financial systems.

The pay range for this position is $233,300.00 to $335,400.00 USD. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
