This is an armed post requiring an armed guard card or license. You will stay visible to help deter incidents, document activity, and communicate clearly with employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.

Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production and warehouse areas, parking areas, and perimeter fencing as directed by post orders.

Control access at gates, lobbies, and other controlled entry points by verifying identification, processing visitors and/or contractors, and issuing temporary credentials per site policy.

Complete detailed reports on daily activities, access events, patrol observations, and incident response, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or license.

Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
