The Administrative Coordinator, under general direction of a team of senior leaders, will be responsible for providing complex administrative support, detailed correspondence, and will serve as a central point of scheduling for the project team both internally and externally. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Coordinator will act as a trusted partner, handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Manages heavy calendar requests and maintains detailed tracking.
Serves as a central point of communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritizeand coordinateconflicting requestswith some guidancefromteam,ensuring efficienttimemanagement.
Organizeandcoordinatemeetings,includingbookingbothonsite/offsitemeetingrooms,draftingandeditinginvites withlittletonodirection,managing catering services and onsite logistics.
Identify process improvements, develop procedures for meeting intake and tracking.
Establishes trusted partnerships with project leads and client partners.
Organize and balance multiple tasks and projects based on determined priorities and strong organizational skills.
Anticipatetheneeds of the team and proactively addresspotentialissuesor roadblocksto determinenextsteps.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experiencein an administrativerole, preferably in acorporateor fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Advanced technicalskills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Google Suite would be a plus
Strongorganizationalskills,high-levelprioritizingandmulti-taskingskills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of flexibility.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $50,000 - $65,000. ?The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. ?Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $55,000 - $71,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.?
