Qualifications

6+ months of office experience in roles such as Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative Assistant.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.

Associate Degree minimum (Bachelor's Degree preferred).

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations. This role involves editing and formatting various documents, managing electronic files, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

Edit and format documents such as letters, reports, and presentations using tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Scan documents to produce final electronic versions and create finished documents using electronic letterhead.

Paginate and print testing and CEMS reports using Adobe Acrobat.

Maintain equipment by checking out projectors and cameras and ensuring camera batteries are charged.

Answer phones, direct callers to the appropriate person, and screen sales and junk calls.

Greet clients and visitors, making them feel welcome, and assist with sorting and distributing mail.

Handle deliveries at the front desk and forward faxes to the appropriate recipient.

Order, set up, and clean up for luncheon and breakfast meetings.

This is a Permanent position based out of Elmhurst, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
