Our client, a dynamic organization in the Sikeston, MO area, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the office operations, supporting various functions with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Sikeston, MO

Pay Range: $18..00

Shift: 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously

Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (preferred, but not required)

Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation

Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence

What's Needed?

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer service experience preferred

Basic bookkeeping experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
