?? What's a typical day as a Advance Composite Technician I? You will:
Manufacture composite aircraft parts to meet manufacturing specifications in a team-oriented production environment.
Perform composite manufacturing functions such as lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave processing, trimming, and/or repair.
Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations.
Work with composite resins and materials while maintaining strict quality standards.
Inspect completed work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection.
Maintain required logs and documentation (MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.).
Support Lean initiatives, FOD prevention, and 5S programs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
High School Diploma or GED (required).
One (1) year of related composite manufacturing experience.
Experience working with composite resins and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and accurately read a 6" scale.
Basic computer skills.
Experience operating a forklift and overhead crane.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position and work any shift.
? Must Haves (Non-Negotiable):
High School Diploma or GED required.
One (1) year related composite experience.
Ability to work with composite resins and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a 6" scale.
Able to operate forklift and overhead crane.
Basic computer skills.
English language proficiency (read, write, speak, understand).
