Kelly® is Seeking a Manufacturing Operator II to work at a premier life sciences manufacturing company in Austin, TX .

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

Shift/Hours: 1st shift / M-F 6am-2:30pm + Overtime as needed

What's a typical day as Manufacturing Operator? You'll be:

Completing precise manufacturing tasks including filling, capping, labeling, and assembling vials, bottles, and tubes

Collaborating with team members to ensure daily production goals are consistently met

Operating both manual and automated filling equipment safely and efficiently

Working in both standard and clean room environments, adhering to all PPE and safety protocols

Participating in comprehensive training and meeting all ISO and regulatory standards

Communicating effectively with internal personnel to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction

Performing preventative maintenance on equipment as needed

Maintaining strong attendance and punctuality to support continuous production

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent relevant experience (required)

Bring experience in a life sciences manufacturing environment (preferred, but not required)

Demonstrate the ability to follow detailed policies, procedures, and schedules independently

Are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Can lift and move objects: 10lbs regularly, 25lbs frequently, and 50lbs occasionally

Are capable of operating semi-automated and manual filling equipment

Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy to maintain high product quality
